The Alliance has established an Alliance Leadership Team and an Alliance Management Team to assist with the planning and monitoring of the performance of the Alliance.
The Alliance Performance Scorecard has been devised to assist the Alliance Management Team to monitor the performance of the Alliance against pre-agreed performance measures.
The measures will be recorded each month, and the results considered by the Alliance Management Team at its monthly meeting. The measures can be revised by the Alliance Management Team from time to time to take into consideration feedback and performance being achieved.
Not all performance measures need recording monthly, and where this does not occur, the monthly report will acknowledge this fact.
