Environmental Leadership Health Check Survey

We believe that effective leadership and teamwork is a major factor in delivering an exceptional project in harmony with all stakeholders. To understand how effectively we are doing this, we conduct regular ‘Health Check’ surveys to capture feedback from all project members.
The Health Check is conducted by Mercor Consulting Pty Ltd, an independent consulting company that assists organisations to build effective strategic relationships.
The survey seeks feedback to determine what is going well and where there is opportunity for improvement, as well as any underlying issues that may be present.
The Health Check survey will be sent out periodically, and the results will be captured in a report that will be considered by the Leadership Team. Feedback from the survey will be made available to the project team.
Individual responses are confidential. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. It should take you between 5 to10 minutes. The information that you provide will be invaluable in maintaining effective teamwork on this project. Your response will be entirely confidential (anonymous), so please be honest and forthcoming.
