The Project Management Branch is currently conducting a Post Implementation Review of the Corporation’s Capital Delivery Strategy and seeks your valued input as part of this review. PMB engaged Mercor Consulting Pty Ltd to conduct an online survey to obtain your feedback. We kindly request your participation in this survey as we deem your knowledge and experience of the implementation of the CDS will assist the Water Corporation to fully explore the extent to which the original objectives of the CDS have been achieved. The focus of the survey is on the customers of our project delivery and includes Programme managers, Asset managers and Operations managers.
This survey contrasts traditional and partner delivery within the context of:
