Alliance Governance Plan Framework

Alliances are strongly relationship based and exhibit different behaviours to traditional forms of contracting.

The behaviours required in alliances do not come naturally to people that have long histories with traditional forms of contracting. The governance arrangements are entirely different and all parties involved need to become familiar with a new order.

This paper focuses on the establishment of a governance framework and the activities that will contribute to effective governance of alliances.
