Mercor is currently developing an organisational Performance Management system that is customisable for any organisation or project. The packaged management system works on a tiered structure of key result areas, key performance indicators and performance measures and permits the user to define as many or as few items in each area as warranted by the specific application. The system is build around three modules and includes significant flexibility so that it can have the broadest possible scope to satisfy clients as diverse as financial and banking institutions through to project alliances. The system incorporates Performance Standards, Performance Measurement, Progress Reporting and Improvement Tracking.
